Put teaching back at the center.
Let AI handle the rest.

Eduk3: AI report sent to parent on mobile. Everyday language, student identity protected, version history

The reason for the 3

The student at the center. Intelligence, serving those around them.

Eduk3 does not put an AI in front of the student. It gives intelligence to the teacher, the leadership and the family, the three who support them, so each one does their part better. The student stays protected at the center, never exposed.

Family

Order and Security as the foundation. Intelligence on top. The result: Trust.

One tool, five perspectives.

Owner, principal, academic lead, teacher and parent or guardian all enter the same Eduk3. Each one sees what they need to decide.

  • Transparent pricing and measurable profitability per school
  • Several campuses in a single consolidated view
  • Compliance with Ministry of Education + PIPEDA + auditable record

Let's talk about the real problem.

Eduk3 was not born out of a brainstorming session in Silicon Valley. It was born in a small, multi-level school where a single teacher had to do everything and administration was drowning out teaching.

"Personally managing 34 students across 5 levels is extremely demanding."

Without AI, doing it thoroughly would not be viable.

"Spreadsheets crash, get lost, and do not generate the official reports on their own. And administrative deadlines do not wait."

In small schools, one person is often the secretary, academic coordinator, and principal all at once.

"Parents deserve more than an email with grades. They deserve to understand how their child learns."

Learning-centered teaching, everyday language, reliable information.

What changes in one week.

No long training sessions, no months-long migrations. The difference, measured in a real pilot: a small, multi-level school.

  • Daily attendance

    5 min/class, manual Excel spreadsheet

    30 sec/class, bulk marking from a phone

  • Quarterly report to parents

    2 hours writing in Word

5 min reviewing the AI report and signing it

  • Official report card Ministry of Education

A full day putting it together manually

    Generated automatically from class data

  • Pedagogical class journal

"We remember it" / personal notebooks

Notebook with 10 types + automatic timeline

  • Mass communication to parents

    80 individual emails, no tracking

One broadcast message with delivery and open tracking

Privacy you can actually verify.

This is not marketing. Every privacy commitment is implemented in the system, documented, and verifiable by anyone, including the parent.

PIPEDA

Active

Compliance with PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and your applicable provincial privacy laws, applied to children's data and academic records.

Anonymized data

Active

Student data is anonymized before passing through any AI model. It is never used to train models.

Auditable history

Active

Every AI-generated report keeps a record of who, when, and with what data it was created. Verifiable at any time.

Responsible AI certification

Aspirational 2027

International standard ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management in organizations. Audit process planned for 2027.

This was born at Casa de Efraín.

duk3 was not born in a brainstorming session at an Innovation Hub. It was born in a small, multi-grade school where teachers must challenge and reinvent the way they teach, with real freedom to bring in new technologies.

When we realized that no school software understood the reality of a small school with a serious pedagogical vision, we decided to build our own.

For the technical side I worked alongside my husband Rodolfo Cuevas, an engineer who is also a teacher at the school. He has led the development of the pedagogical AI system: the multi-level reports, the protection of student identity, and the integration with model providers.

Here, pedagogy comes first. AI serves the teacher, not the other way around.

Andrea

What the principal asks.

Concrete answers to the real objections. If yours is missing, write to us.

  • Is my students' data used to train AI models?

No. Each student is identified by an anonymous code before anything reaches the AI. The model providers receive only that code and the relevant pedagogical data, never names or identifiable information. Every analysis is logged so you can verify it at any time.

  • Does Eduk3 comply with PIPEDA and Canadian privacy law?

Yes. We apply PIPEDA, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, to all data belonging to students and their families. Children's data receives differentiated treatment, with informed consent from parents or guardians. No identifiable information leaves our servers without authorization.

  • Does it follow provincial privacy rules, not just the federal law?

Yes. Because privacy regimes differ by province, Eduk3 is built to honour both PIPEDA and the applicable provincial privacy laws that govern your school. We map data handling to the requirements that apply where your school operates.

  • Education in Canada is provincial. Does Eduk3 handle that?

Yes. There is no single federal curriculum or ministry in Canada: each province and territory runs its own. Eduk3 is configured to match your provincial curriculum and to produce the reports your provincial Ministry of Education expects, rather than a generic one-size-fits-all template.

  • Is Eduk3 aligned to my provincial curriculum?

Yes. The curriculum catalogue is organized to match the learning outcomes of your province's official curriculum. Assessments and AI reports link to those outcomes, so what teachers plan and what families see reflects the curriculum your school actually follows.

  • Why are prices shown in US dollars?

Eduk3 bills in US dollars (USD) to keep one transparent, public price across the regions we serve. Your card is charged in USD and your bank applies the day's exchange rate. The Lite plan is free, so you can start at no cost and see the value before any USD charge applies.

  • How long does it take to roll out Eduk3 at my school?

Initial setup: 30 minutes with a guided assistant. Staff training: a single 2-hour session. Loading historical data (planning, students, parents and guardians): about a week. Most schools are up and running in under 5 days.

  • Does it work if my school has 30 students, or only for large schools?

Eduk3 was built for small schools first. The Lite plan is free for up to 50 students. The Pro plan works from a single student. And if your school grows or belongs to a district, the Enterprise plan has you covered.

  • Can I migrate my data from another platform?

Yes. We accept CSV or Excel exports from any platform or student information system. We map the fields together with you in a 1-to-2-hour session. If your current provider does not allow exports, we have alternative options.

  • What happens if I want to leave Eduk3? Do I keep my data?

Your data is yours. We export everything (students, assessments, reports, communications, journals) in Excel and JSON. No retention clauses. No exit penalty. No lock-in.

  • What is the teacher's role next to the AI?

The teacher remains the one who assesses. The AI proposes, the teacher reviews and publishes. Every AI-generated report passes through human review before it reaches a parent or guardian. The AI never decides grades: it only calculates averages according to the rules the teacher defines.

  • Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The whole platform is designed mobile-first. The report to parents and guardians in particular: when they open it from an email, they see a clear mobile screen with a comfortable bottom menu and no need to zoom.

  • Is there human support, or only a chatbot?

Human support, always. Priority support with the team on Pro+. Email with a reply in under 24 hours on Pro. On Lite: community and documentation. We do not use chatbots that bounce your questions back at you.
